My award-winning Global FMCG client is looking for a Cyber Security Manager with strong experience with Cyber Platforms. Must have the ability to manage, build, develop teams as well as lead the continuous improvement of security engineering practices in their Cyber Security team based in North London. They offer a competitive salary + benefits and outstanding career development.Cyber Security Manager Core Skills/Responsibilities:* Lead Technology Security team and assist other engineering teams in adhering to secure design principles* Delivery of secure solutions using security skills and displaying a flexible agile approach by embracing emerging technologies* Work closely and collaboratively with engineering and product teams* Deliver innovation using past engineering experience to create and deliver solutions* Comfortable working in a DevSecOps environment* Delivery of application security requirements based on design, threats, industry best practices,* Management of delivery teams with a focus on application security awareness and standards through training, workshops/mentoring* Influence delivery teams in the prioritisation of security activities and issue remediation* Evaluate and recommend new and emerging application security products and technologies* Support and lead on security incidents* Prompt new tools and techniques Cyber Security Manager Core Technical Skills: * Expert level information and cybersecurity principles and best practices gained in a DevSecOps environment.* Hands-on experience of enterprise cybersecurity products anti-virus / anti-malware, endpoint detection and response, data loss prevention, secure email gateways, proxies, threat intelligence platforms, Symantec, Sophos, Proofpoint, Carbon Black, Forcepoint* Previous experience of Windows and Unix * Adapts to new technology quickly, transferring skills and best practices when needed* Ability to write small tools using scripting languages and general-purpose programming languages (e.g. Python)* Rest APIs, automation, system integration, and automated testing* Cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google* Strong leadership and development team of engineering teams* Certifications (1 or more): CEH, SANS GIAC, SSCP, CISSP, CSSLPIf you are ready for a rewarding and challenging role with a global company please send your CV as soon as possible for consideration.
