The key responsibilities of the role include:o Collaborating as part of a distributed team to design and develop strategies, architecture and implementation plans o Understanding the core IT infrastructure of client organisations, developing strategiesto facilitate their business and mitigate their risk o Analysing the technical and business requirements for security solutions o Configuring and implementing Identity & Access Management solutions o Driving the resolution of complex technical security issuesto ensure policy and regulatory compliance The successful candidate should possess:o an ability to demonstrate deep technical knowledge of the IAM domain and at least three years relevant experience o bachelors degree in computer science from a recognisedcollege or university or a level of skill and experience that would make us forget this requirement! o Java programming skills; experience with J2EE and agile development methodologies & tools o Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, ForgeRock,Ping, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, One Identity, Okta, etc. o Strong customer focus with the drive to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers
