Job Description

Cyber Security Associate DirectorSalary: £110,000 - £120,000 + PackageLocation: London (one day per week in office)A highly regarded consultancy is continuing to build on a fantastic 2022 by expanding their specialist Cyber Security practice. The organisation are industry leaders in delivering transformational projects for clients in multiple industries.As an Associate Director you will be a key pillar in the development of the practice, leading critical engagements and building lasting industry relationships. The beauty of this practice will allow you to deliver on an array of engagements operating asa vCISO for some global clients.What you will do:

  • Act as a virtual CISO, designing and implementing successful cyber strategies and controls across the business.
  • Lead a team of specialist consultants to successfully deliver on projects.
  • Develop security policies and critical controls to protect large scale, global infrastructures.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients, driving the practice forwards.
What you will have:
  • Experience in operating as a leadership figure, developing cyber focused strategies and controls.
  • Strong experience within security governance or audit.
  • Experience of leading large-scale projects, ideally within a consulting environment.
  • A desire to build a full-scale capability from the ground up including clients, team etc.
This organisation is on a very exciting journey within cyber, and this role will allow you to play a pivotal role. The next 18 months will be an exciting time where the practice will develop into a fully functioning capability.
