  • A key focus of the role will be cloud security and helping to ensure the correct controls and measures are in place to protect the cloud estate, whilst also addressing key operational aspects such as auditing, remediation, evaluating new technology, malware analysis, digital forensic work and End User Cyber Security Awareness . This will provide a fantastic opportunity to get further hands on experience with setting and managing Cloud Security standards, security auditing and ethical hacking tools, as well as providing scope to develop your own vulnerability assessment skills.
  • You must have demonstrable experience of setting, implementing, and managing security standards in cloud environments, be able to demonstrate some level of programming or scripting and be comfortable with both Linux and Windows operating systems. Experience with implementing and managing DLP, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management toolsets is desirable.
  • Help define and implement the Cloud Security standards across our product platforms working with global Product teams
  • Support key strategic projects selecting and implementing tooling (for example SIEM tooling, DLP, Vulnerability Management).
  • Research current threats from a variety of sources
  • Upskilling a motivated network of Security Champions in tools and processes used by the Information Security team, allowing them to provide effective 24-hour first response
  • Creating and delivering engaging cyber security awareness content
  • Running regular internal auditing activity to discover vulnerabilities, threats, and breach of company security policy
  • Helping to ensure our Information Security policies and procedures remain up to date and relevant
  • Information Security related certifications such as (CISSP, SSCP or CCSP)
  • Excellent understanding of information security best practices.
  • Demonstrable Cloud (AWS is preferable) expertise both from a policy/standards/delivery perspective and threat analysis and compliance reporting
