Job Description

Founded in 2017, a small, nimble agency that punches above its weight through process efficiencies, smart working and a deep understanding of sales and marketing to create big results, fast. Were a Facebook Partner Agency with ad spends through our Business Manager of well over $1M per month.Our elite training and coaching programs are designed for business owners and marketers with existing products and basic to advanced Facebook ads experience ready for the next level of growth.The Role RequirementsYou’ll be part of a close knit, friendly and encouraging team. We work hard but we always have a good laugh. We value coaching, development and open feedback and are fostering a special culture.This person will effectively be the face of the business to our clients and group members in terms of their day to day communication and on boarding process. We are looking for someone with great organisational skills, very personable with an excellent level of English, an understanding of how to service customers and has a strong sense of duty to them. Our clients pay upwards of £9,000 for our training courses so we need someone who reflects that kind of financial commitment.We understand many people may think a customer service role isnt particularly interesting or fun, but we work with a really interesting array of clients that are using our courses to create and build their businesses. There will also be a large focus on our social media management so thats certainly a skill that can be developed outside of the realm of customer service.

  • Answering general customer support queries - potential customers, existing customers etc.
  • Helping on-board new clients (users who purchased out training courses etc.)
  • Organic social media management - for our course social profiles as well as our 16,000+ member Facebook group
  • Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working from home (who is not these days!) and happy to stay remote.
