A Senior Customer Success Manager role within a start up based in Central London. Their clients are leading financial institutions across the globe; this particular role focuses on those within the UK and Middle East regions.Client DetailsTrusted by the worlds leading financial institutions, this client produces a next generation Intelligent Compliance Platform that is transforming Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Compliance.Description* Be a product expert on and manage the delivery of services* Gather and analyse customer requirements to conceptualise and articulate appropriate solutions* Help collect and analyse customer success metrics and data including the NPS Engage with customer contacts* Serve as primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support* Gauge customers levels of engagement and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements* Provide insights to customers to ensure that they are utilising the platform to maximum potential with the aim of helping them to achieve sought goalsProfileThe Successful Customer Success Manager:· Skills & Knowledge: o At least 1 of the following: Fluent Arabic (working proficiency), Experience working with Middle Eastern clientso Minimum of 5-6 years customer success experience at another cloud based/SaaS tech companyo Excellent communication skills with impeccable written Englisho Willingness to learn and adopt new software quicklyo A self-starter able to work independently and within a teamo Comfortable with the rapid, unpredictable nature of a tech start-upo Organised and thorough approach to delivering projects for customerso Experienced at producing high quality presentations complete with data-driven insight and/or analytics· Desired:o Innovators with positive energyo Positive change and disruptiono Learning every dayJob Offer
