CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGERLONDON£55,000-65,000 +BENEFITSTHE COMPANY:This is a start-up who have developed a SaaS solution within logistics that is data and AI driven.THE ROLE:In this role you will still across sales, product and data. You will be working with a number of big clients ensuring they are onboarded and gaining maximum value from the product. You will also be commercially aware and helping towards renewals.The product is being continually developed and so you will also take on analytics responsibility where you will query and manipulate data then report insights to stakeholders (SQL, R, Python).YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
