  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
The Role: Our client is now recruiting for a Customer Success Manager in the next phase of their growth and development. The role will focus on the retention and management of existing accounts within the education market. You will developrelationships with prospects and use a consultative sales approach to understand your clients needs. The ideal candidate will be pro-active in their approach and have had prior experience in either customer success or account management (cross selling andupselling).The Company: This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing start up that is projected for fast growth. Due to their growth, they are looking fora Customer Success Manager to ensure their existing relationships are happy.As a Customer Success Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage and develop a list of existing accounts
  • Build relationships with existing accounts
For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • 2-3 years in customer success or account management
  • Ideal: sold into the education sector before
Benefits of the Senior Account Manager role:
  • £35-45 basic salary 15% OTE
