Job Description

Our client, a specialist SaaSInsurTech company is hiring for a Customer Success Lead. The company has seen rapid growth over recent years, with the Customer Success Lead being crucial in their development.The purpose of Customer Service Lead is to build strong supportive relationships with clients and to be their first point of contact with any questions/concerns/needs.Key responsibilities:

  • You understand your client’s business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.
  • You will build rapport with clients, demonstrated by stable and/or increased usage of service.
  • Monthly meetings - Plan and run monthly meetings with all existing clients
  • User Training - Train users to effectively use the application
  • Customer Forum - Plan and run the customer forums twice a year
  • You will be a problem solver, assisting clients with pain points and queries
  • Project Management
  • Development Team - provide project management support for the development teamwork
  • New client pilot/full installs, supporting clients with pre-reqs for pilot and full app installs
  • Lead the support effort using Freshdesk to contract SLAs
  • Key requirements:
