Job Description

Job descriptionWe are looking for a Customer focused individual to join our growing Customer Success team in London.The role of Customer Success Assistant is to effectively manage the relationship with assigned clients, which includes on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.This role involves working alongside Commercial team to ensure that clients use all the features of their subscription package to achieve maximum value while maintaining the high standard of Chambers and Partners as a professional publication. In additionto that, the Customer Success Assistant is also responsible for the logistics of production and distribution of bespoke ranking trophies..Main duties and responsibilities

  • Sub-editing and formatting text written by clients to ensure consistent house style
  • Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the companys product, replying to inbound queries.
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, coordinating deadlines, building trust and rapport while taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Communicate effectively with management to understand customer needs, maximise retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Working to individual and team targets
  • Administration tasks such as updating the CMS database
  • Order processing for bespoke ranking trophies
  • Co-ordinating the trophy manufacturing and worldwide distribution process
Essential skills and qualifications
  • Strong grammar and proof reading skills essential
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and to coordinate multiple projects
  • Confident communicator via phone and email
  • Proficient in using MS Office

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • An interest in digital publishing
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High levels of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
