Job Description

Customer Services Manager London £28,000 to 30,000 p.a. + benefits d.o.e.Passionate and experienced Customer Services Manager required for exciting, fast paced, internet retailing / e-commerce businessTHE ROLEAs Customer Services Manager, you will manage the Customer Service team and processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency with key responsibilities including:

  • Lead the customer services team to deal efficiently with all enquiries and orders
  • Monitoring returns, refunds and resends logs as appropriate
  • Develop company processes and customer communication policies
  • Act as company and customer ambassador to promote Best Practice
  • Managing call quality compliance within the team.
  • Recruitment and training of the customer service team.
  • Reviewing systems and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies

Already an established supplier to the UK and global market place, they are now recruiting for further support staff to service the ever increasing demand.THE PERSONThe ideal Customer Services Manager will have previous experience managing a customer service team and working within an E-commerce, internet based trading environment. You will be able to communicate, influence and manage your team and stakeholders at all levels through your people and process management skills.
