Job Description

Customer Services Manager - Travel & Events Industry - Woolwich, London (office based) - Circa £50k. A fantastic opportunity to join this well-established, small yet busy organisation to help drive their customer service and engagement. Customer Services Manager Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for a small team of around 4 which is expected to grow in the near future.
  • Plan and deliver outward communication schedule
  • Manage onboarding and communication with corporate partners
  • Manage inward customer enquiries and booking requests
  • Agree and manage the teams SLAs and KPIs to achieve desired outcomes
  • Continually seek process and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure accuracy of customer and client data
Customer Services Manager Skills Required
  • An experienced and hands on customer services manager who thrives in a relatively small but busy working environment
  • Experience in the travel, events or hospitality industries preferred
  • Experience leading and developing a small team
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook
