Job Description

We focus on partnering with our fantastic clients, immersing ourselves in their brand when theyre looking for talented, culturally aligned people to join theirbusiness.On behalf of my Client; a globally recognised, international, not for profit organisation, Im looking for an experienced customer service team manager to take leadership responsibility for a team of EMEA customer service executives who are based remotely inthe UK.The EMEA CS team currently consists of 4 executives with the scope to grow to 10 in the short-mid term and you will work closely with the them on a day-to-day basis to ensure customer excellence is being met through quality customer contact and best use ofchannels.Youll also work closely with management to support continuous improvement initiatives for contact efficiency and work to deliver changes in line with customer feedback and market/organisational trends.You will coach, mentor, performance manage and nurture your team members and possess a keen eye for areas of strength, weakness and improvement amongst your team both individually and as a collective and formulate tactical plans and training to help them bethe best they can be to delight all customers.To be considered for this role, you MUST:

  • Have a solid customer service background (contact centre)
  • Possess strong team leadership experience (contact centre)
  • Have previous multi-channel, contact centre experience
  • Have the ability to effectively manage a remote team
  • Understand what world-class customer service looks like to ensure an amazing customer experience
  • Be driven to grow within a very forward thinking, tech-related business
This a Monday - Friday role and may require you to travel in to the offices based in London from time to time.Please ONLY apply for this role if you meet the above criteria.
