Job Description

Veblen is searching for a Customer Service Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to join our client, a well-established luxury fragrance & beauty company. This is an exciting role for anyone looking for a new challenge.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer orders across the portfolio of fragrance and beauty brands.
  • Inputting orders into systems according to the customer restrictions, regulations, and agreements
  • Creation and maintenance of sales orders from receipt of the order through to dispatch, ensuring correct pricing with Sales/Finance, NSV allowances.
  • Issue final documentation tailored to customers according to their bespoke needs and agreements.
  • Direct customer contact for communicating orders and notifying customer of updates or changes and orders ready for collection/dispatch.
  • Management of the packing/shipment process with warehouses. Organise transport of goods where applicable.
  • Inbound POs, stock acceptance
  • Sales Order & Shipment registration
  • Management of customs paperwork to help aid in smooth export.
  • Maintaining Sales FCT, ensuring that warehouse stock cover is reflected by products trend, forecast and actuals.
  • Warehouse invoice approval, customer credit notes creation
  • Maintain Orders vs invoiced tracker with all changes for Head of Supply Chain
  • Returns reporting to Sales/Head of Supply/Finance on an ongoing basis.
  • Liaise with Production Planner for stock availability delivery dates keeping abreast Sales team/Customers on all developments.
  • Create and maintain customer database including specifics of full customer information, regulations, paperwork requirements, collection details, and customer terms.
  • Stock information reflecting current/future Marketing activities.
  • Supporting the Head of Supply Chain manager with daily tasks. Contributing to strategic plans for the business
  • Carrying out any other reasonable management requested tasks
Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role FMCG
  • SAP Experience in mandatory for this role
