Job Description

JOB ROLE: Customer Service ManagerCOMPANY: Private HealthcareHOURS: 08.00 - 17.00SALARY: £13.00 per hourTEMP ROLE: ASAP for 2 weeks possibly longerLOCATION: Remote / West End of LondonDUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:My client is looking for a Customer Services Manager to lead the existing team on a temporary basis until they hire somebody permanently. The CS team operates seven days a week providing support to their customers / clients.You will be required to work 5 days a week remotely and be happy work from the office in the West End of London.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of CS agents
  • Ensuring the team is fully-trained with full knowledge of products and services and all relevant legislative issues
  • Updating the team members with their working hours on a weekly basis
  • Providing excellent customer service and informative responses.
  • Providing customers with support and advice.
  • Ensuring the management team is kept appraised of all CS issues so they can be dealt with in a timely manner
  • Working with a variety of CS systems
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
  • Great problem-solving skills with the ability to use your initiative.
  • Independent worker who is also a team player.
  • Excellent telecommunication and email skills.
  • The ability to handle concerns and complaints delicately and independently.
  • IT competent with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Be a "can-do" individual - happy to roll up their sleeves and dive into the issue
  • Be able to operate under pressure
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where government and commercial requirements can change on a weekly basis
  • Mother-tongue English
  • SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
  • You will need to have experience of using Zendesk
  • You will have a proven track record of building, managing, and leading a Customer Services team
  • Have a laptop
