Job Description

Requirements:

  • Can-do attitude;
  • Portuguese (Native proficiency) and English (Professional proficiency);
  • Customer care experience (would be a plus);
  • The right attitude, accurate, hard-working, attentive to details, and self-organized person;
  • Flexibility on working hours and days (work by shifts, might include night shifts);
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Persuasive Speaking Skills & Patience.
