Job Description

Our client, is an innovative Luxury Skincare brand with Global presence. They have a charming brand story with an inspiring Founder at the forefront. Veblen International are exclusively working with them to recruit a highly motivated Customer ExperienceManager.This position operates at the core of the brands operations, managing sales orders and invoices for their diverse global customer base. Youll collaborate closely with their esteemed partners such as Libertys, Harrods, Nordstrom, & Selfridges to guaranteetimely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfilment.You will be working in partnership with the Commercial and Operations team to fulfil client requirements within the agreed-upon commercial terms. Additionally, reporting to and supporting the COO in handling logistics and managing key accounts for third-partylogistics, manufacturing, and warehouse entities.Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, adhering to company protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders globally, including third-party suppliers.
  • Implement new processes to enhance service quality and business efficiency.
  • Process documents accurately and promptly, following company guidelines.
  • Generate internal and external reports and conduct statistical analysis as needed.
  • Monitor third-party supplier performance and implement improvements.
  • Support clients in problem-solving by understanding their businesses deeply.
  • Identify and propose solutions to optimize clients supply chain processes.
  • Develop and implement mitigation plans for identified issues.
  • Ensure adherence to budgets and provide accurate financial forecasts.
Requirements & Knowledge Required:
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, financial or WMS system.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs: Word, Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic & growing environment.
  • Ability to focus on targets.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • Experience in FMCG or the beauty/ retail industry preferred.
  • Track record in adding value, developing new ideas and maintaining a "can do" attitude.
