Job Description

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a customer focused supply chain professional to join a team of impressive supply chain experts - making it the perfect environment for development and learning. In this role you will have plenty of opportunity to get stuck in and really drive improvements and value to both customers and the business.About the role:

  • Be the key point of contact to all UK & International customers
  • Provide key support to the key grocer customers as well as the wider supply chain team, to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Challenge commercial forecast to drive accuracy to the final demand forecast
  • Identify new opportunities with customers and build strong relationships
  • Communicate and resolve customer related issues
    • About you:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role within leading Food/FMCG businesses
  • Great drive and ambition to get involved and take initiative
  • Confident with great ability to influence various stakeholders
  • Great communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use Excel
