Job Description

Customer Service Associate - London (3 days office/2 days flexible) - £24,000A great opportunity to join an exciting company in the luxury fashion sector.Our client is a British-based company who are experts in luxury fashion for men and women. With over 100 years of heritage, our client is at the top of their game in bespoke, fine tailoring with exceptional quality, innovation, and outstanding value.As a Customer Service Associate for our luxury fashion brand, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional and personalized customer experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring that their needs andexpectations are met with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. This role requires a strong passion for fashion, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering world-class service.Key Responsibilities of the Customer Services Associate

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and personalised recommendations.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and product offerings within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage order status inquiries, tracking, and delivery scheduling.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with data entry and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must have experience in Zendesk
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong fashion sense and a passion for luxury fashion.
