Primary Purpose: The Admin Analyst will be responsible for managing and processing various administrative tasks to support our wholesale partners and the Wholesale Customer Service Department and support with performance reporting.   • Managing the Customer Service mailboxes
  • Process Coach Europe Wholesale Accounts claims (including Warranty Claims)
  • Support for Customer Service team tasks
  • Mass admin tasks such as rejections, order changes, returns, credits and delivery creation
  • Communication and stock transfer of inventory from DC to DC
  • Daily order tracking
  • Auditing support
  • Order entry
  • Order confirmation process
  • Mass admin tasks such as rejections, order changes, returns, credits and delivery creation
  • Customer Purchase Order checking and fill up Customer Master SKU List / Product Data forms
  • Maintain reports for analysis of shipping performance, order book performance, claims values, reasons, etc
