Job Description

Job Details CAE are now accepting expressions of interest for Customer Service Agent roles who will be required to join our clients existing team at Dublin airport. You will play a vital role in helping and supporting passengers for customer airlines.A variety of shifts are available ranging from two to five days a week. General Responsibilities Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculation if applicable Reservations and ticketingAssist passengers with self-service check-inkiosksAir-bridge operationGreeting arriving passengersHandling of VIPsProvide special passenger assistanceHandle customer complaintsIssue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellationsMake public address announcementsas requiredDirect passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required Requirements Youre able to speak and understand the English languageYou have the right to live and work in the EUIn possession of at least three GCSEs / O Level or LeavingCert (and equivalent)Ability to travel to the airport at times where public transport is not available You have basic - intermediate computer skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Must be able and willing to type and learn airline specificcomputer systemsWillingness to work in inclement weather if requiredPassionate about customer serviceComply with all UK/Ireland/EU legislation as well as airport authority and carrier security requirementsMaintain the highest standards of safety and securityat all time CAE is committed to a policy of equal opportunities for all work seekers.
