Read on to see if you match what were looking for.You understand what compassion means and are able to respond to different types of customers and characters, with the understanding that different people can have diverging views of the same situation.Youll be dealing with customer inquiries in a contact centre, meaning youll appreciate the importance of working to targets and SLAs, whilst ensuring you are positive and friendly with your customers.As the first point of contact for inbound queries, you will have established a polite, calm manner that naturally puts people at ease, particularly when they might have worries or concerns about their holiday.loveholidays has a modern customer service atmosphere, where the majority of contact is via telephone but you will also be trained to respond via email, online chat and social media.Our contact centre is open 7 days a week 08:00 – 20:00. Shift patterns are variable and based on a 37.5 hour contract to include some weekend work.You will be taking advantage of discounted holidays, involved in competitions and incentives (with great prizes), hot drinks, fresh fruit, cakes and snacks.
