Job Description

As Customer Service Agent, you will be 1st line support and be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will interact with them through various communication channels such as phone and emails to answer their questions, resolve their issues, andensure their satisfaction.Client DetailsYou will work for a high end furniture company in London in a hybrid role. The position is to start immediately with the view to go permanent. The company is international and has been around since the 1930s, however the UK office is in its infancy andits growth offers huge progression potential.DescriptionAs the Customer Service Agent, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products, services, policies, procedures, etc.
  • Assist customers in other inquiries related to their purchase experience.
  • Handle customer complaints finding appropriate solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Escalate cases requiring additional assistance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services by providing feedback and suggestions.
ProfileTo be successful in applying to this high end furniture manufacturer, you should have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills DE/EN.
  • Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively and make autonomous decisions when necessary.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to remain calm and courteous even in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of computer tools, technical systems (SAP, optional C4C) and different processes within those systems."
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • Previous experience in customer service would be an advantage.
  • additional skills appreciated = SAP knowledge / French speaking
  • German speaking ideally
