A fantastic opportunity is available for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established Motorcycle Training provider based in Alperton, North West London. The successful Customer Service Advisor will earn a starting salary of £20,800 p/a, working 5 days per week between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00, with some weekends.The CompanyUniversal Motorcycle Training is a motorcycle training school that links riders of all levels to experienced motorcycle instructors in London. Their training sites, as well as all their trainers, are authorised and regulated by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and fully-accredited by the Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA). They’re an excellent employer with a high employee retention rate, due to the friendly yet professional working environment they’ve cultivated over the years.The RoleThe Customer Service Advisor will join a high caliber team supporting customers with queries and providing advice where necessary. The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor will include, but are not limited to:- Advising customers on motorcycle licence related issues and delivering a first-class customer service- Achieving the company objectives and targets, as set out by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency- Greeting clients at their arrival and liaise with instructors- Taking and processing payments- Taking bookings over the phone and online- Assisting with administrative duties as required by their line managerThe CandidateTo be considered for this Customer Service Advisor role you must have at least 1+ years experience in a customer service and/or administrative role. Universal Motorcycle Training are looking for individuals who have an excellent telephone manner, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. They are particularly interested in speaking to professional and proactive candidates, who are able to work on their own. In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential:- Fluent in English and Portuguese (fluency in other languages such as Spanish/Italian/Romanian/French, is an advantage)- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Emails)- Experienced in customer service and administrative duties- Working knowledge of UK motorcycle driving licences, including the DVSA and DVLA- To hold a CBT or Full UK Motorcycle Licence (desirable)Please note, to qualify for this role you must live within 15 miles from Alperton, Wembley, HA0 4LR.Click “apply” if you think you’re a fit for the Customer Service Advisor role in Alperton, North West London.
