Job Description

Our client, based in North London, is a leader in the world of direct-to consumer health and beauty brands, growing over 100% in the past year. Were looking for a highly motivated and tactile individual who has at least 2 years experience in a similarrole for a 12m fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have proven communication and problem solving skills, be well spoken with an excellent telephone manner and possess good written skills.What youll be doing:The role will involve supporting a busy team with all aspects of customer care, from dealing with customer queries regarding products and orders, to managing our customer feedbacks online. Your job role will involve but not be limited to the following tasks: Answering customer calls to deal with queries, product information, deliveryinformation and general questions. Processing customer returns, ensuring all customers who return their itemsreceive replacements or refunds in a timely manner. Responding to customer messages from Ebay & Amazon Communicating with customers to ensure we receive positive feedback on oure-commerce channels. Quality Control / Product testing to identify products with potential issues Processing claims with our delivery couriers for missing customer deliveries. General office support to ensure customer orders are received and processedsmoothly.Your approach: Ability to be clear and concise with communication (oral and written). Driven & self-motivated, a strong planner and well organised. Ability to multitask, and work at pace Excellent time management skills Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work both independently and within a busy teamYour experience: Working within an ever changing and fast paced company A good understanding of beauty products is essential Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Application and other Office ApplicationsCompensation: Up to £25,000 per annum Up to 10% of salary based on KPIs and manager discretion Company pension plan 23 days paid annual holiday + bank holidays Complimentary products and exclusive brand discounts
