Job Description

Customer Service Administrator London £20,000 to 24,000 p.a. + benefits d.o.e.Fantastic start to career as Customer Service Administrator in an exciting, fast paced, internet clothing retailing / e-commerce businessTHE ROLEAs Customer Service Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for customers via website, email and telephone, providing administrative support for customers and the business. Delivering professional customer service at all times your responsibilities will include:

  • dealing with customer queries - over the phone and via email
  • order and data entry into stock management system
  • order processing using database system and excel spreadsheets
  • dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • acting as front of house point- greeting customers & visitors
  • general and varied administration tasks

Already an established supplier to the UK and global market place, they are now recruiting for further support staff to service the ever increasing demand.THE PERSONAs Customer Service Administrator you will have experience in office / customer service / internet sales administration and be well organised, reliable and motivated. With a passion for customer service and the ability to learn fast and to thrive in a dynamic environment you will also have:
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills ( phone and email )
  • good computer literacy ( Outlook, Word, Excel )
  • accurate data entry / order input skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • Experience of another language would be beneficial.
