Now, were growing our team. Will you join us The role Responsibilities:Sales Architects are storytellers. They inspire our clients and are just as adept at talking to visionary leaders as technical specialists. Realising the true value of the customer led transformation takes the right combination of human ingenuity and technology,and this role links the two. Through persuasive conversations and powerful communication, you create the transformational business cases we work on.

  • Sales/Consultancy and/or providing solution input into customer discussions and early engagements, where it supports the sales engagement process
  • Lead solution designs of high complexity with responsibility for the technical integrity and costs of the solution
  • Evangelise both internally and externally on the PwC customer led transformation and managed service proposition
  • Working with the market facing units and sectors to lead customer problems to customer led solutions
  • Work in unison with multi-cloud sales specialists to drive solution based sales that leverage PwC cloud based transformations and standardised run services
  • Participate and contribute in customer scoping workshops
  • Manage and update internal stakeholders to ensure acceptable costs are provided
  • Ensure that input is provided and lessons learnt from customer engagements to provide input for multi-cloud offerings managers as part of offering development
  • Ensure that the solutions that we propose are aligned to the PwC offering roadmap, strategy and strategic assets
  • Contribute to compelling winning customer propositions
  • A thought leader in the industry who understands the industry challenges and opportunities, and who can evangelize the value of customer led journeys and our solutions for this market
  • Support the development of messaging, positioning, and points of view for Retail and Consumer (R&C) customers
  • Develop R&C-specific solutions and content, for customer positioning, field enablement, and campaigns as needed to achieve industry goals
  • Take personal responsibility for supporting the growth of solution pipeline and revenue in the R&C market
  • Work collaboratively with virtual cross functional teams including Corporate Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, Cloud Marketing, Alliances and ISV to develop and execute the strategic go to market plan for the R&C industry
Basic Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience working in the R&C industry, with knowledge/experience in the customer experience and customer-facing channels
  • Knowledge of the typical use cases and patterns in a R&C environment
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative products and solutions, with familiarity of the Customer Technologies including but not limited to Oracle, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Microsoft
  • Experience crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
  • Superior track record of collaboration and being a trusted advisor to the sales organization to win strategic deals.
  • Strong communication and writing skills. Stellar public speaking skills
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage competing projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK and overseas
The nice to have:
  • Bachelors degree. MBA or related Masters degree a plus
  • Majority of related experience gained in one of the following sectors:
    • Private Sector - Energy, Utilities and Resources
    • Private Sector - Technology, Media and Telecommunications
    • Private Sector - Retail and Consumer
    • Private Sector - Industrial products, manufacturing and professional services
