Job Description Are you a customer focused Project Manager This 6 month, inside IR35 contract role is the one for you! This role has an option to work fully remote. Role and Responsibilities:
  • Working across a number of projects for various client accounts
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Develop the full-scale project plans and prepare communication guidelines
  • Develop and implement the stakeholder communication plan ensuring successful stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Resolve issues and arising conflicts within the project team
  • Assist with the planning and scheduling using appropriate tools
  • Provide timely programme office reporting
The successful candidate should meet the following skills and experience requirements:
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Customer delivery and customer experience - engaging with external stakeholders/clients
  • Project Management experience using a range of change management techniques, including Agile and Waterfall is desirable
  • Telco experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
  • Understanding of efficient stakeholders engagement within a challenging business environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environment
