Customer Integration Analyst (Contract) | 6 months+ | Inside IR35 | LDNLEVEL: Experienced 10 years +My client is a corporate venture operating in the regulatory technology space. Its vision is to materially improve the effectiveness and efficiency of non-financial crime compliance for cross-border and domestic payments and reduce the overall level of frictionin the global payment system.The company is developing a set of API-based services that financial institutions will connect to allowing them to decommission their in-house legacy systems.Backed by an industry consortium of financial service market leaders and equipped with decades of industry experience and advanced technologies, the company is well-positioned to become the leader in a fast-growing market and solve one of the most crucialchallenges the financial services industry is facing.The company is located in the Centre of London but a hybrid working model allows the diverse team to work remotely and schedule travel based on requirements.What youll doReporting to the Customer Integration Delivery ManagerResponsible for:- Working with the lighthouse banks to understand their requirements and processes, mapping onto the product and identifying any gaps- Responding to lighthouse banks requirements and requests- Acting as the voice of the customer in discussions with the Product Owners and wider delivery team- Supporting the Customer integration product owner in the definition of any additional features and/or user stories required for the integration of lighthouse banks- Supporting the Customer integration product owner in the definition of custom reporting requirements for a given lighthouse bank- Supporting the Customer Integration Delivery Manager in designing and implementing a repeatable framework for integration of lighthouse banks- Supporting the Customer Integration Delivery Manager in tracking progress against plan- Analysis of lighthouse bank file formats for both transactions and private lists- Supporting the integration architect in the definition of the link house bank integration design- Supporting the Test Manager in the definition of acceptance criteria for system integration tests with the lighthouse banks- Supporting the Test Manager in the triage of issues identified during system integration test and user acceptance testing with the lighthouse banks- Supporting the Ops Lead in triaging service tickets, enquiries or complaints raised by lighthouse banks- Working with the wider delivery team and Delivery Partner(s) to remove impediments to productivity and/or timely integration with the lighthouse banks.What youll need Minimum 10 years experience in a business or systems analyst role (Mandatory) Ability to analyse information (identify trends, patterns / anomalies) and present a summary of results (Mandatory) Experience of working in a customer-facing role (Mandatory) Experience of using Teams, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint (Mandatory) Experience of PACS.008 / IS020022 transaction types and MT message types (Desirable) Experience of working on a complex platform software delivery (Desirable) Experienced with a range of software delivery lifecycle toolsets (Desirable) Experience of working in waterfall and agile IT development environments (Desirable) Experience of working within an Agile Frameworks such as LESS and or SAFe and adapting to meet the way of working (Desirable) Experience of working with a distributed team (Mandatory) Fluent in written and spoken business English (Mandatory)Characteristics Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills (both written and oral) Pro-active, self-motivated with a desire to learn Ability to multitask Attention to detail Flexibility able to adopt to rapidly changing situations Able to balance apparent conflicting priorities and conflict to find simple solutions Resilient, able to provide positive clear direction in high stress situations, inspiring others Team building and relationship building skills Confident, personable and approachable Tenacious, delivery focused and results driven Interest in working in a fast-paced and future-oriented multicultural environment Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment.
