Customer Insights ManagerGlobal Luxury Retailer15 month CONTRACTSalary: £65kLocation: Central London / HybridAs a multibillion dollar business, this much loved and globally revered luxury retailer have spent a number of years investing a huge amount into data and CRM personalization. They are growing many of their data teams to continually optimise and improvecustomer experience and this is where this role comes in!This role sits within the EMEA CRM function, and its purpose is to lead a team of 4 Insight Analysts, overseeing the delivery of regular reporting, and conducting deep dive exploratory analysis.As a team you work alongside the CRM function too, and there is a strong data science presence from both their partner agency and also their own internal global teams. You will need to be super passionate about the customer, with strong skills in presentingfindings from analysis and extracting insights from data, storytelling and brining the data to life for stakeholders, including the CMO of EMEA.Your team will build and deliver dashboards and beautiful data visualisations for various business units, company wide.You will support your manager (Director of Insights - EMEA) in continuing to drive the customer agenda, identifying ad hoc analytics projects which enable a deeper understanding of the customer.You will also partner across wider teams and agencies, acting as a leader, demonstrating confidence, building relationships across the EMEA region.This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside some of the most impressive leaders Ive had the pleasure of dealing with, and within a business that is heavily investing into building a data driven culture.The culture and pace is ferocious, so an ability to work at speed and be independent, as well as proactive is key.Experience required:Educated to at least degree level in a numerate subject such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, chemistry, physics, machine learning, computer science etc.Experience using SQL to manipulate and analyse various data sets in large volumes is essentialSkilled in using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or Qlik is importantConfident and strong presentation skills; ability to bring data to life for senior leaders and non-technical stakeholdersThrives in a pacey, entrepreneurial and high performing environmentStrong team leadership skills, able to work in a dynamic and solutions focused environment
