Job Description

signup.mobi is a fast-growth company that owns & creates eCommerce lifestyle brands. Were looking for a Customer Happiness Executive to join our team and help us establish a world class customer experience across our brands.We operate 3 brands, Gadget Discovery Club, the #1 tech subscription box in the UK, US & CA. RISE Traveler, a travel tech lifestyle brand that helps customers "enjoy the journey" and smoovii, a portable blender brand that empowers busy people to live healthier.What You Will Do

  • Build relationships & increase customer satisfaction via email, live chat and social media channels including Facebook and Instagram
  • Assist with refunds, exchanges or cancellations and ensure all customers who return their items receive replacements or refund
  • Sell our products and services to potential new customers via live chat
  • Help to improve processes & systems to provide a better service to our community & members
  • Help give our community a bigger, global voice through inspiring user-generated content, delivered through our reviews & social media channels
  • Liaise with our fulfilment team to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently & customers are receiving their items on time
  • The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 2.1 degree
  • A great listener with a helpful attitude to deliver a positive experience for customers
  • Outstanding written English and oral communication skills
  • Resourceful, organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Action oriented, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain excellent attention to detail
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player
