This is why we are looking to attract the very best talent and build on our already impressive team.The Customer Growth and Retention team is responsible for driving customers through the funnel and continuously engage with our products by providing an exceptional customer experience and relationship marketing.

  • As a Customer Growth and Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for executing our customer retention and revenue strategy that will drive growth through use of data and automation.
  • Ensure that customer growth and retention targets are well defined, tracked and thoroughly reported on.
  • Create and maintain a customer insights and analytics database to inform test activity and strategic roadmap.
  • Develop a customer segmentation decisioning process and deliver highly targeted CRM and lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Nurture existing customers and drive upsell initiatives to increase ARPU from our customer base.
  • Help shape our product marketing strategy; test and build value propositions and messaging.
  • Work closely with the growth team to optimise the end to end customer journey from website application to account activation, usage and advocacy.
  • Implement a test and learn process and workflow to constantly optimise customer experience and product adoption, with a view to reducing churn rates and increasing revenue per customer.
  • Provide recommendations for new product features in oder to create opportunities for new use cases and cross-sell.
  • About youThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Growth Marketing and Retention specialist who is looking for their next career move.
  • You will have a proven history of successful customer growth and retention, ideally within a B2B SaaS business.
  • Have experience of managing data sets to drive insights and automation for multiple marketing channels and the technical ability to implement channel specific data-driven initiatives.
  • Have experience using a customer analytics platform such as Amplitude/Mixpanel and/or some expertise in database querying such as SQL.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying successful CRM campaigns, from customer segmentation to decisioning, communication and deployment through email, app and other growth channels.
  • Have worked in agile type of environment and operated within a test and learn function and workflow.
  • Be a team player, with excellent written and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
