If youve strong commercial acumen, along with a can-do attitude, read on!About the Role.As Delphis Eco continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to support new business opportunities, retain our existing client base and drive after-sales service. Customer support is vital to our success - in this role, youwill be responsible for delivering focused and effective service, COSHH training and assistance to our clients, managing queries and maintaining relationships.Role Specifics

  • Fielding our existing customer queries and managing outcomes
  • Providing administrative support to ensure current customer queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Working with the sales team to perform check-ups and offer assistance to existing customers
  • Coordinating COSHH training sessions for service engineers and product trainers
  • Sending/receiving products and dispensing equipment
  • Working closely with the order processing team to ensure all invoicing / PO queries are escalated appropriately
  • Monitoring all SLAs to ensure we are hitting best-in-class metrics
  • Engaging with our customers on the frontline
  • Coordinating the team rota to ensure services, sales visits and appointments are delivered
  • Ensuring our customer insight data is as accurate as possible
  • Troubleshooting customer technical issues and escalating through appropriate channels
  • Actioning process & workflow changes on Salesforce for business requirements
Skills and QualificationsYou should be computer literate - adept at using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, databases, and presentations.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer focused role preferred
  • Experience working within the food service, hospitality or property industry preferred
  • A collaborative approach when working with customers and colleagues
  • A can-do attitude is a must, and a sense of humour will see you in good stead, too!
