Job Description

CUSTOMER ANALYST£300-£400 PER DAY (OUTSIDE IR35)3 MONTH CONTRACTMEDIA PLATFORMREMOTEHarnham is partnering with an international media platform that is revolutionising the way we digest live broadcast content. This company is looking to add Analysts to their team to help them better understand their customers and the Customers experience on their platform.THE COMPANYThis company has revolutionised the relationship we all have with live broadcast content not just in the UK but globally. This company is has become a major player in the world of broadcast media in an exceptionally short timeframe and is now challenging industry titans with its intuitive approach. Part of this approach is led by customer data and understanding what the customer wants to see, this Customer Analyst role will put you in the heart of the business.THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Customer Analyst, you will be working to ensure the business understands what their customers want to see, understand how they behave, and what their experience is. Day to day this may look like:

  • Developing insights from a large and complex dataset and building actionable intelligence and recommendations
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to validate data and make it accessible.
  • Work with various teams to launch new datasets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain predictive models (regression)
    • THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEA successful Customer Analyst will have the following:
  • Advanced SQL and experience using it with large datasets in digital/product-focused businesses.
  • Strong skills in a data visualisation tool (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc)
  • Web analytics experience is a plus (Google Analytics)
  • Experience building models in R or Python
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
