Job Description

Portuguese Speaking Customer Service AdvisorChiswick - £9.15 per hour Ongoing temporary role with a view to go permanent We are currently recruiting for our client based in Outsourcing Client based in Chiswick for one of their well known campaigns. This is an ongoing temporary role for an immediate requirement so if youre fluent in Portuguese and have passion for customer service then this could be the role for you. What will you be doing

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls with customers
  • Responding to queries via email
  • Resolving any customer queries
  • Aiming for first time resolution on all calls
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
    • What are we looking for
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Excellent IT and computer skills
  • Previous customer service experience - call centre isnt essential as you will receive training
  • Excellent communication skills
    • Pay rate -
  • £9.15 per hour paid weekly
    • Hours of work -
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
