After several successful years, they are now expanding their insight team and seeking a Qualitative Cultural Insight Directorto focus on all things cultural insights. This role will contribute to their Thought Leadership ambitions and address client struggles.As a Cultural Insight Director, you will manage end-to-end projects on campaign evaluations, understanding trends in the relevant client industries, running creative tests, brand developments and so much more.If you have experience and a good understanding of qualitative methodologies, as well as the ability to foster innovation, develop compelling through leadership and design new insight solutions - get in touch!Key duties

  • As a Cultural Insight Director, you will be involved in driving and developing the thought leadership platform
  • Manage qualitative and mixed-method insight projects, coaching junior members of the team throughout
  • Ensure insights are delivered on time and to specification
  • Act as the main client contact, nurturing and building new relationships where needed
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to lead and design qualitative projects, bonus for a good understanding of quantitative methodologies
  • Experience in thought-leadership consumer insight projects - including trends, futures, consumer attitudes and behaviours
  • Strong relationship-building and fostering skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presence within the market
