Our client is a leading systematic trading and investment management firm urgently looking for an individual who has a strong background in crypto. You must be very knowledgeable on active trading strategies, and have a strong track record achieving returns of around 30%+ annualized. Ideally you are based in New York, but our client is also open to hiring individuals to work remotely for this role. You will have experience as a Options Crypto Trader / Defi Trader with programming experience (but not swaps or futures as this is already covered). Job Responsibilities: 1. Look for opportunities in the global crypto marketplace. 2. Be part of the global crypto trading team that works together to assure the best execution and hedging around the clock. 3. Conduct or assist with other trading strategies that are covered by US/European hours. Requirements: 1. Highly numerical, with good knowledge in statistics and probabilities. 2. Extensive experience in trading BTC/ETH and other related crypto is a must. 3. Ability to write codes and back-test own trading idea desired. 4. Experience in the US market is a plus. 5. Self-disciplined, highly motivated and proactive. 6. Degree holder from a renowned university. Salary would be based on experience between £80k-£150k base, with a discretionary bonus (very experienced individual our client is will to give a % of your returns depends on what you can bring to the team).
