We OfferGroup Operations Solutions Cross Operations Projects is responsible for coordinating large, complex and global projects that impact multiple functions front to back and across Operations. The role offers the opportunity to initiate and manage major projects that deliver significant benefits for CS (such as ISO20022 for payments, Payment simplification and CSDR). The candidate will define and establish governance, mobilise delivery teams, develop and manage delivery plans, ensure good partner management and manage the entire projects lifecycle.   • Proven project management experience including delivery of major projects
  • Experience delivering projects within CS (preferred)
  • Understanding of project delivery methodologies/framework (Agile, Waterfall, SDF)
  • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of project delivery lifecycle (initiation, analysis, design, build, test, deploy, evaluate)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to run Steering committees, working groups and all aspects of partner management
  • Experience of Securities processing
  • Knowledge of SWIFT
  • Good understanding of Payment processing, reconciliations & Cash Management
  • Knowledge of OnePPM
  • Current or previous Project Management qualification
