Job Description

CRO AND ECOMMERCE LEAD £55,000 - £70,000LONDONA huge opportunity to be a key player in this rapid growth tech start up! Be part of the expansive team looking to push boundaries and be innovative I the way tech is viewed and used within health!THE COMPANYA rapidly growing health tech start up looking to expand their audience and grow customer base globally. Be one of the 1st hires in this expanding, exciting and people first business.THE ROLEAs the CRO and Ecommerce lead, you will be autonomous in end to end test implementation and analysis. More specifically you will have to:

  • Lead and generate tests to maintain and optimise current and new web and mobile customer journeys
  • Analyse and report tests results to clients and stakeholders providing insights on how to better the CRO
  • Own your own bold and innovative tests, road mapping key objectives and aiming to increase the monetisation of the site and future sites
  • Grow the function and the team as well as participate in high level strategic target setting
YOUR SKILLS
  • Experienced in A/B testing using tools such as Optimizely and Google Optimize
  • Regularly use Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics to build dashboards and reports on tests you have carried out
  • Understand tools such as Magenta, Figma and Whimsical
  • Be innovative, expansive and always look to push boundaries!
