CRM ManagerUp to £50,000 + Stock London (Hybrid)Harnham are working with a global FinTech on a CRM Manager role.The roleYou will be:

Managing internal stakeholder communications (including product marketing managers, product managers, UX researchers, designers, copywriters)
Maintaining and implementing A/B Tests
Managing end-to-end process for customer communications across all channels (e.g. email, push, in-app, messages)
Owning lifecycle communications for customers
Analysing campaign performance by using data to identify opportunities to increase engagement and conversion rates across all stages of customer lifecycle
Manage customer database with a focus on retention and engagement
Define and analyse regional user segments and create optimization plans
They cover the basics in terms of processes around customer comms and sending out marketing comms.

The experienceThe ideal candidate will be:

Competent coding in HTML
Have experience with Braze or similar cross-channel marketing platform i.e. Salesforce, Adobe
Have worked cross-functionally i.e. with product marketing managers, copywriters etc
A/B testing experience on campaigns
