A highly successful international online marketing business has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join them to live and work in Cyprus, working with their top and consistently growing online gaming brands. They are looking for a manager either already in Cyprus or willing to relocate to Cyprus, who is capable of managing and owning a successful cross-market CRM delivery programme with a focus on the UK, Swedish, German, Spanish, Finnish and Portuguese markets and you will be tasked with managing players’ lifecycle programs and loyalty schemes and will be targeted with driving growth in key business KPI’s such as player value, retention and reactivation. As a CRM Manager in Cyprus, your responsibilities will include:- Managing the production of CRM plans in accordance with the company’s planning process.- Strategise, communicate, execute, test and evaluate various projects.- Reporting progress of your efforts to the management and other departments.- Prioritising projects to ensure business-critical deadlines are always met as a priority.- Working closely with internal company departments to ensure alignment on communication and events is performed globally.- Planning and ensuring CRM campaigns’ consistency, attractiveness, cost efficiency and alignment across the company’s goals.- Frequently liaising with other teams to design marketing initiatives and test new innovative ideas to increase the number and value of customers.- Ensuring compliance with regulations and legislations applied in the iGaming industry.We are looking for a CRM Manager in Cyprus who has the following skills and experience:- Previous CRM experience in eCommerce/iGaming sectors, working ideally in the UK and other Western European markets.- To currently live in or be willing to relocate to Cyprus.- Experience working with R&D teams in implementing new features.- An understanding of customer relationship management theory and practice.- Strong analytical skills, high proficiency in Excel with the ability to track and report on KPI’s.- The ability to use customer data to segment and personalise content and offers.- Previous exposure to project management within diverse teams with the ability to build relationships acrossdepartments and remote offices.- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, highly organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.In return, a CRM Manager in Cyprus will receive a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, an excellent work environment, an annual bonus, other benefits and career development.To apply for this role in Cyprus, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
