Job Description

CRM MANAGERUP TO £50,000 + BONUS + BENEFITSLONDON (HYBRID)OverviewHarnham is working with a well-known global food chain. Our client is looking for someone with a background in customer relationship management who is looking to work closely with an agency to drive customer acquisition and retention.This is an exciting opportunity to make huge impact and really work with an agency to drive commercial growth and revenue.The roleYou will be responsible for:

  • Working and managing an agency to plan and execute acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Focusing on acquisition/retention via campaign management across app/push notifications, sms, email etc
  • Understanding customer-pain points and where their biggest opportunities lie and working cross-functionally to ensure your insights are integrated across their digital platforms
  • Delivering personalised and promotional campaigns
  • Optimising their database segmentation for targeting
  • Running A/B tests on campaigns
The experienceYou will ideally have the following experience:
  • Come from a Marketing/CRM background and have a thorough understanding
  • Excellent user-level knowledge of CRM Platforms
  • Ability to manage external agencies
  • Autonomous
  • Technically savvy with demonstrable success in supporting multi-channel digital campaigns and CRM platforms, mobile app, order and delivery
  • Experience using the following platforms or any similar, i.e. Braze, Amplitude, Branch, Sanity etc
  • Retail/restaurants/QSR experience preferred
