Job Description

A cutting edge, innovative & diverse global phama company is looking for an interim CRM - Data Management Lead. You will be responsible for offering CRM solutions to maximise the business value offering to your internal customers to improve the field effectiveness of the company. In addition you will be the local owner for the master data for the new data management system to support business operations. You will also be responsible for building better data management systems, develop improved data models and share data and results.Accountabilities include:

  • Leading a team to ensure CRM and Data Management support to internal customers across UK&I
  • Partnering with the business to build strategies on improving their customer relationship management
  • Working with internal customers to improve systems, tools, business models and processes
  • Keeping abreast of key trends in the market and bringing CRM insights to propose new opportunities to maximise business value
  • Representing UK&I in the Global and Regional Boards to discuss CRM and data management changes, submitting requests to the boards
  • Leading the budget needs for the CRM and Data Management area
  • Working closely with data providers to ensure good quality of data to support business operations
  • Coordinating the data steward activities related to data lifecycle operations, data quality management, responding to data queries, analysis, supporting data audits and metadata management
  • Ensure compliance and alignment of the CRM with the ABPI code GDPR policy
    • Skills and experience
  • Please only apply if you have the above CRM Lead experience within Pharma
  • You must have pharma CRM management experience, ideally Veeva
  • Demonstrate strong technical awareness and proficiency and experience of defining operational processes from scratch
  • You are extremely organised and motivated, with a passion to drive results, you will also have the adaptability to be both strategic and hands-on
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with experience working with databases, data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills and are capable of strong collaboration with key stakeholders and your internal customers
  • Demonstrate very strong commercial acumen and knowledge of how CRM activity drives and effects the wider business
