Job Description

We have an exciting newopportunity for a CRM Executiveto join our Marketing team atPrezzo. Here at Prezzo weve adopted a hybrid working pattern where appropriateand this role will be split between our Head Office and remotely.As CRM Executive, you willbe at the helm of our email marketing strategy, ensuring the right messaginggoes out to the right audiences. You will have responsibility for leading thedelivery and ongoing optimisation of our email campaign plan covering trading,engagement, loyalty & brand building communications, meeting both customerand business needs. You will have a strong understanding of a customer lifecycle,how to drive customer frequency and be confident with working with data andcustomer segmentation.Our CRM team are dynamic,customer focused and have some pretty ambitious plans moving forward. Come andbe part of our future growth as we supercharge CRM activity across Prezzo!ResponsibilitiesDrive the CRM email calendar,working with the wider CRM team to ensure comms prioritisation. You will ensure the email plan providesthe intended customer experience, balancing both trading and customer needseffectively

  • Lead the planning, delivery, andongoing optimisation of the quarterly email campaign plan
  • Collaborate with businessstakeholders to capture trading needs, channel targets and communicationrequests, including these in the email plan
  • Execute the end-to-end processfor the delivery of email marketing: briefing copy and creative assetsto our external creative agency, building and testing email comms,setting up promotions, creating customer audiences, setting live comms,and briefing ops teams.
  • Work closely with Digital managerto ensure CRM activity is aligned and landing pages are optimised tosupport the email messaging / journey
Plan, build and drive acustomer recency, frequency value program to encourage dining frequency.
  • Drive positive database migration(win-back lapsed / at-risk prevention / lead conversion) through email activity
  • Support the CRM team to develop,test, and optimise our use of the segmentation model in email campaigns
Be data focused and have the ability to analyse and understand ourcustomer database to drive frequency in visits
  • Build, define and agree audienceselections and set them up in our Apteco Faststats platform
  • Develop data-driven hypothesesand validate them through a test and learn approach to optimiseperformance
  • Track and report on all activity,sharing learnings and insight with the CRM team and relevantstakeholders
Keep up to date withlatest industry trends, best practices, and strategies to proactively drive email innovation by implementing new ideas into theemail planEssential3+ years CRM experienceSolid understanding and hands-on experience ofemail marketing and best practice covering CRM, CRM KPIs and CRM techniquesknowledge of customer segmentation and a flair fortailoring messaging and creative to audience selectionExperience of working with Apteco FastStats orsimilar segmentation, audience builder tool.Experience of working with Salesforce or similar ESPComfortable working in a fast paced and growingbusiness, able to multi-task and meet tight set deadlinesCommercially astute with experience of setting anddelivering against targetsGood foundation in HTML for email useExperience of test and learn strategiesDesirableAble to understand and build expressions inFastStats toolUnderstanding of a customer database and experiencemanaging single customer view (SCV)Creative thinker with a track record in definingand delivering solutions to business problemsComfortable writing copy/suggesting briefsAbility to engage and influence business stakeholders
