Job Description

CRM Executive - FranceSalary: £35-40k (plus bonus on top)Location: London (hybrid working of 2 days a week in the offfice an option, if preferred)*Please only apply if you have experience working in the betting/gaming industry*We specialise in all aspects of online marketing, website and online games creation in the iGaming, Sports Betting, Poker and Casino industries.Role:As a CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and optimizing our promotional efforts in the dynamic world of iGaming. Your mission will be to craft and execute compelling customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and engagingexperience for our players.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the Promotional Calendar for the French sport betting operation ensuring timely and impactful campaign execution.
  • Designing and orchestrating diverse customer journeys that resonate with our player base.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, using the marketing automation tool, including segmenting the customers and setting up on-site and off-site promotions.
  • Monitoring and analysing key CRM metrics, including deliverability, open and click rates, and campaign performance.
  • Conducting thorough market and competitor research to tailor retention plans to the local markets nuances. Identify innovative campaign opportunities to drive sustained player loyalty.
Person Specifications:
  • Strong French/English communication skills are a must.
  • Strong Sports knowledge.
  • Previous similar role thus strong experience of the French Sport Betting ecosystem.
  • Experience working with Optimove is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS is advantageous.
  • Well-organized and analytical, paying close attention to details and approaching tasks systematically.
  • Driven by results and objectives, enthusiastic about learning and growth.
  • Motivated team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
