Job Description

A major provider of online foreign exchange trading services is looking for a CRM Executive to support their CRM activities across the Asia territories.They are looking for a candidate with in-market experience who is comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once, who can bring experience of the right mix of paid marketing channels and who will be key in identifying areas of opportunity to achieve growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer databases, segmentation and data protection preferences
  • Manage CRM activity and create personalised and automated marketing campaigns
  • Build relevant newsletter, lifecycle, abandonment and automated trigger journey campaigns
  • Create and monitor RFM and behavioural segments of our customers and create campaigns
  • Develop leads and prospects into customers
  • Develop SMS and retargeting campaigns
  • Drive revenue – create an effective customer journey
  • Work closely with CRM Manager and rest of marketing team, to plan and develop ideas
  • Constantly tests and monitor CRM campaigns to improve KPIs;
  • Manage external and internal designers to produce marketing collateral for marketing
  • Keeps abreast of competitor activity and brands
    • Skills & Experience:
  • Experience using Marketing Cloud
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Strong CRM experience
  • Ability to create CRM journeys
  • Asian multi language skills advantageous
  • HTML coding experience advantageous
  • Experience of planning and executing marketing campaigns within a CRM environment
  • Positive, enthusiastic problem solver who relishes a challenge and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
