Job Description

You will join this organisation at an exciting time in their CRM Journey. They have recently completed the launch of MS Dynamics CRM Phase 1. They are ready to embark of the next phase where they will be looking to delivery Sales & Marketing, Customer Communicationsand CRM Automation.Client Details

Description Work with key business stakeholders to gather requirements Implement changes to CRM front end by customising and configuration Have a deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power platforms Create dashboards/views/reports to meet business requirements Manage and gather all change requests and prioritise with business Train users Provide end user support troubleshooting issues Lead issue resolution escalation Manage day to day relationship with external support/development partner Maintain / develop / deliver / establish best practice in solution delivery Work with team to implement mid-to-long term strategy to improve system usageProfile Participate in design sessions with key business users, including architecture / solution design Document business requirements in the form of user stories Maintain backlog of user stories Work with technical teams to maintain / design / develop integration points with other business systems 3-5 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM including 365 CE JavaScript, .NET, HTML, C#, SQL Server, Power BI, customizations, SSRS including plugins, form creation, Reporting and scripting. Experience working in a Developer capacity in a D365 environment Experience with D365 CDS PowerApps model, automating business processes with Microsoft Flow Expert knowledge of moving developments between environments Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Web API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints Experience in creating restful services with ASP.Net Web API Experience working in agile delivery teams, adhering to Scrum-based rituals. This includes experience of translating user stories and wireframes into tasks and deliverables Experience of Azure DevOps Expert knowledge of security groups / roles and teams Providing support to business users as well as technical teams Author and maintain support documentation Develop BI reports Able to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders High levels of the following key competencies: o Planning o Time management o Problem solving o Attention to detail o Communication o Negotiation o Conflict management Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics CRM 365 CEJob Offer
