Bernstein Autonomous LLP (BA LLP) isthe UK Operating Company and employing entity for the JV. About the team:The Business Intelligence team for BA LLP provides reporting and data insights for stakeholders at all levels of the business. The team are responsible for report creation, metrics, data maintenance, and reporting tools. The team support client negotiations,client profitability assessment, and client strategy decision-making and also oversee related processes, including Commission Sharing agreements and Invoicing clients for research services. Summary of Key Purposes of the Role:The CRM Data Coordinator will support the Autonomous Research business within BA LLP, with primary accountability to: • Maximize the efficiency and usability of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to best enable the Research & Sales teams to deliver top-quality investment research to institutional clients. • Ensure that client research/service permissions are aligned with client agreements. • Ensure that BA LLP employees and clients maintain the highest data integrity standards. Responsibilities:• Maintain research subscriptions and entitlements for institutional client-base • Provide project management support for CRM enhancements • Manage submissions to interaction aggregators for client broker vote tracking • Provide end user support and troubleshoot issues as they arise • Design and implement business-process enhancements Profile requiredPROFILE REQUIRED
