Job Description

Company DescriptionIQ-EQ is a leading Investor Services group which combines global expertise with an unwavering focus on client service delivery. We support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide.Job DescriptionN.B. This is a 3 month contract opportunityReporting to the Group Head of Enterprise Architecture you will provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultancy to the Group including development of a CRM Vision, Blueprint and Roadmap.To reach our strategic goals you will be responsible for driving collaboration across our business & technology in the creation of a business focused CRM vision and blueprint, balancing value against potential costs.You will own the suitability of the potential approaches to ensure they are not under/over engineered; and present at C-Level and to Segment Leads to win over key stakeholders in respect of solutions/change required.The blueprint will include: -

  • An agreed set of key definitions to ensure a common language of terms
  • Consideration of how core systems identify and record data about a client’
  • Consideration of how the client’ interacts with IQ-EQ people and systems
  • Consideration of responsibility for management of each client’
  • Options for the scope of a future proof Group CRM transformation, integration with core systems, and associated benefits/challenges
    • The roadmap will include: -
  • Specification of initiatives already planned in other programmes that will contribute to this blueprint, and key dependencies or outcomes that must be monitored to ensure the CRM blueprint is realised
  • Additional initiatives required to deliver the Group CRM blueprint.
  • Engage with, influence and manage stakeholders (up to Board level), ensuring the deliverables take into account the concerns of the group and align with the corporate strategy
  • Provide technology agnostic subject matter guidance around CRM capabilities and their alignment with business processes
  • Describe a range of future options and associated benefits to allow for group leadership assessment and selection
  • Shape initial thinking on project solutions, factoring in internal drivers (architecture principles, business & technology strategy) and external market/regulatory forces.
    • Qualifications
  • Degree level education or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience and use of architecture frameworks or standards, e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, PEAF
  • Extensive knowledge of modern CRM systems (both on premise & cloud) and their capabilities, from both a pre-sales contact management perspective, and an ongoing 360 customer relationship point of view
  • Experience in a software vendor and/or consultancy, or within an Enterprise Architecture function
  • Experience of working in an agile development environment
  • Experience of business process re-engineering
  • Understanding of the product and project development lifecycle from strategy or pre-sales to live operation and support.
  • Experience within the Financial Services Sector
  • ITIL qualification is desirable
