Job Description

An investment bank in London are looking for an interim CRM Executive/Analyst to join the 2021. It will be 6-12 month contract and paying between £35,000-£40,000, dependent on experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast- moving business and you must have salesforce experience. They can also offer the role permanently.Client DetailsInternational Investment bankDescription

  • Participate and lead project team meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Serve as key liaison with IT technical team
  • Analyse and review business, functional and technical requirements
  • Document and develop code
  • Quality control and defect resolution
  • Ongoing system administration
  • Contribute to programme management of the CRM system
    • Data
  • Liaising with key stakeholders across the business
  • Ensuring all data is up to date and that the directory data is wholly cleansed
  • Working with the data cleansing software
    • Profile
  • Bachelors degree and Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certification
  • Development experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively with internal / external stakeholders
  • Ideally with a degree in business administration and/or some experience in a financial services/professional services environment
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Demonstrable analytical / research capabilities
